Congratulations to Alicia Reyes McNamara who along with Noemie Goudal, Tai Shani and Alberta Whittle is shortlisted for 'Women to Watch UK: New Worlds'. Irene Aristizábal, head of curatorial and public practice at BALTIC and co-curator of British Art Show 9, was invited to curate a short list of artists with ties to the UK.
This project is organised by the UK Friends of the National Museum of Women in the Arts, Washington. An exhibition of the shortlisted artists takes place at Christie's London from 5-12 February 2023.
