Artist Adham Faramawy presents a poetic lecture-performance exploring the romances and toxicities of rivers - from the Thames in London to the Nile in Egypt. Blending spoken word and film, the piece traces imperial histories and ecological crises, drawing on Ancient Egyptian mythology, fiction, and queer desire to explore identity, extraction and fragile ecosystems. Due to limited capacity tickets available on a first-come-first-served basis available from 18.30 at the Courtyard Entrance. Strictly no access after the performnce has started.
